11/11/2023 0 Comments How to use google drive offlineClick the box next to " Sync Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drawings files to this computer so that you can edit offline.Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner of your browser.Users may either close these documents or visit directly.If any Google documents are open, clicking the Drive icon will open a list of these documents.Once it is done, the documents will be available to be accessed offline.Keep in mind that this option will un-sync all your files at once, rather than the one-by-one method mentioned in the previous section. Once you click this you’ll be taken to a secondary confirmation window, where you’ll need to click Disable Offline one last time. (You will see a notification in the status area on the lower right of the screen showing you the progress of the syncing operation.) Scroll down to settings, where you’ll see the option for Offline sync. Finding your offline files Once you’ve chosen the files you’d like to access offline, you can find them within the Google Drive app for Android or iPhone by tapping the menu button at the top of the screen next to the My Drive header. Visit Google Drive either by clicking the Drive Icon or by visiting while you are online, and the sync process will begin automatically.Click the ON/OFF slider for Available Offline (Figure 5) so that it's in the ON position. Navigate to the Doc/Sheet/Slide in question.
